Bartsy's Sweet Potato Puff

2-3 large sweet potatoes

2-3 T butter

¼ tsp nutmeg

½  tsp cinnamon

1-2 beaten eggs

1 tsp baking powder
1/4 c Brown Sugar

Boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain.

Peel, mash, and mix in all ingredients.

Bake 350 ℉ for about 20 - 30 minutes or until "puffed".

Top with pecans or walnuts before baking if desired.
