Carrot Soup by Jackie

Coconut Carrot Soup

carrots,
can of coconut milk,
dill seed,

S n P,
cilantro

Boil carrots until soft. Place in blender with all other ingredients, except
cilantro. Blend until smooth. Reheat, serve and top with cilantro.
